the forest in the sky
At the heart of the tower, two levels open into Bosco — a sky park where walking paths wind through trees, five hundred feet above the city. A gathering lawn for film nights, music, and performances. Spaces for yoga, tai chi, and meditation held in the canopy. A multi-purpose court for play, and a flexible event space for whatever the calendar dreams up — cultural and community life, curated year-round.
Most towers give you a gym and call it wellness. ORA gives you a forest.

The body, kept well.
A resort-style pool with sun shelf, cabanas, and full poolside service. A fitness center spanning performance training, spin, yoga, and pilates, indoors and out. A wellness center of treatment rooms, steam and sauna, relaxation lounges, and a juice bar. And the Clubroom — bar, chef's kitchen, games — for the nights that don't want to end.

Some doors, only your key opens.
ORA welcomes the world — and reserves its finest rooms for the people who own it. Just beneath Bosco, the Social Lounge is exclusively for homeowners: a lounge, a reading library, indoor and outdoor seating, private offices and content-creation rooms. Guests may fill the restaurants below; this floor answers to your key alone.

The highest pool in the house — kept private.
Seventy-six stories up, above even the penthouses, the rooftop pool crowns the Vento experience — and it belongs to owners and long-term residents alone. Sweeping views, evening light, and never a stranger's towel on your chair.

At the very top: Club 77.
The tower's final floor belongs to the private club that takes its name from its address. As an ORA owner, you'll experience Club 77 for your first year — and should you wish to stay, your application for permanent membership is fast-tracked.
