Ownership at ORA · Delivering Late 2030
Your home, your terms
Live in it. Escape to it. Or let it welcome guests while you're away. Ownership at ORA bends to your life — not the other way around.
The Spectrum
Every version of yours.
Some owners will live at ORA year-round. Some will keep it as a winter home, a season at a time. And some will open their residence to guests — for stays as short as three days — whenever they're elsewhere in the world. Minimal restrictions, no fixed formula: the same residence can be all three across a single year. You decide, season by season.
Artist's conceptual renderings
Managed by Casa Tua Hospitality
You own it. The building runs it.
A dedicated on-site operator handles every arrival and departure. An on-site concierge attends to residents and guests alike. A digital concierge manages bookings, housekeeping, and guest communication from your phone — wherever in the world you happen to be. Exceptional services, in the fact sheet's own words, without leaving home. Your part: nothing.
Built into the architecture
The building was drawn for this.
Two separate lobbies — one for residents, one for guest arrivals. Dedicated elevators keeping owners, guests, and restaurant visitors on separate paths. Residences delivered turnkey and fully furnished by m2atelier — ready to host from day one. And the finest rooms in the house — the Owners Lounge, the rooftop pool — reserved for the people who hold the keys. Flexibility was not added to ORA. It was drawn into it.
Not a rental program
A hospitality brand, hosting on your behalf.
When your residence welcomes a guest, the welcome is Casa Tua's — the same family standard that fills its tables from Miami Beach to Capri. Your home is never merely rented. It is hosted.
