Milan. Founded by Marco Bonelli and Marijana Radovic — partners in life and in work — m2atelier moves between architecture, interiors, and the exacting world of yacht design, where every centimeter must earn its place.
That discipline arrives in every ORA residence: delivered turnkey, furnished, and finished to the atelier's standard.

Arquitectonica
Founded in Miami in 1977, Arquitectonica did more than design buildings here — it sparked a renaissance in the city's urban landscape, then carried that language to more than fifty countries.
For ORA, the tower's fluid form and its mid-air forest are theirs. This is also not their first collaboration with Fortune: the same partnership is delivering The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles.
